New Potty Teaching Approach Begins With Babies

(MENAFNEditorial) February 18 2015 - Westport CTThe recent release of W. Ann Silva's "Potty Concepts: A Simple and Loving Approach to Potty Training" has parents thinking about incorporating potty training as part of the everyday routine. This may not seem like a new approach but what makes Silva's approach different is the age at which potty training begins. With the Potty Concepts approach parents begin training their babies during the first year of life.

"When I became a mom I asked my mother when she started potty-training my sisters and me. All of us were out of diapers by a year of course! Also and I found it hard to believe but she told me my youngest sister was making "number two" on the potty by the time she was four months old...Hmmm I asked again trying to conceal my doubt—tell me how you did it? Again my mother said she 'just..."
