(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) HRH Prince Faisal bin Al-Hussein Wednesday received US House Armed Services Committee delegation, led by MP Joe Wilson.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed Jordanian-US ties and ways to further boost them in various fields.
Prince Faisal voiced appreciation for US Government's support of Jordan and its armed forces.
Fighting terrorism, latest developments in the region and international efforts to combat extremist ideology were on the meeting's agenda.
The delegation highlighted Jordan's role under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II in fighting terrorism and extremism, expressing support of the Kingdom in this domain.
