British Aid Worker Killed in South Sudan


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) A British aid worker has been killed in South Sudan in unclear circumstances, a government spokesman said Wednesday.
The Briton working for the NGO Carter Center was gunned down on his way home in the capital Juba Tuesday night, Ateny Wek Ateny told dpa.
The man was reportedly shot after getting out of his car.
'The circumstances under which the British aid worker was killed are unclear,' Ateny said, adding that police were investigating the incident.
