(MENAFN) Qatar Chamber (QC) officials met today with an Iranian delegation to discuss ways of enhancing trade collaboration and role of the private sector in hopes of developing economic ties between the two countries, Qatar News Agency reported.
The discussion involved preparations for Joint Iran-Qatar High Commission and invited QC officials to visit the Iranian products exhibition and to strengthen role of Rowais port.
Rowais port importance comes from linking trade between the two countries in order to benefit from all the facilities of the port to enhance movement of import and export of products.
The Iranian delegation extended an invitation to QC officials for them to visit Iran to check investment opportunities and for further discussion.
