Cartography is a territory claiming game with a twist. The rules are built on the classic Go game which originated in ancient China as a strategy game for the cultivated. Cartography uses interlocking triangular tiles to create a map for land expansion. In an effort to control the map players create claim defend and capture lands. Because the map evolves and expands as the game goes on players are challenged to exercise their foresight and patience in a battle of wits and strategies.
