(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Prime Minister and Defense Minister Abdullah Ensour, on Monday, condemned the heinous crime which claimed the lives of a number of Egyptian brothers, at the hands of the Daesh terrorist gang in Libya.
In two cables of condolences sent to his Egyptian counterparts, Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab and Minister of Defense and Military Production, Gen. Sedki Sobhi, the prime minister stressed the supportive stance of the government and the people of Jordan towards the brothers in Egypt against the forces of evil and darkness that are trying to undermine Islam. He also confirmed the Arab and Muslim nation's unified stance in the face of tyranny and extremism.
He called upon God to grant his immense mercy upon all innocents who fell victim to a terrorist act that contradicts the principles of all religions and human values of the Arab and Islamic culture.
