(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) His Majesty King Abdullah II received Monday the Middle East Quartet Envoy, Tony Blair, who is currently visiting the region, and discussed with him latest regional developments.
During the meeting at Al Husseiniya Palace, the King reviewed regional challenges and efforts to achieve peace and stability, including finding a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, which constitutes the core of the conflict in the Middle East, based on the two-state solution.
The meeting was attended by Chief of the Royal Hashemite Court, Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs and the King's Office Director.
