(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Omantel's board of directors has recommended to the annual general meeting (AGM) a dividend distribution of 75 per cent of the nominal value of the share.
As Omantel had paid an interim dividend of 40 per cent of the par value on August 2014 the total dividend distribution for the financial year ended 2014 will be 115 per cent.
The Board will also recommend to the AGM an interim dividend of up to 40 per cent of the par value of the share to be paid on August 2015.
