(MENAFN) The international property agency Chestertons announced that it will be fostering a USD1.49 billion London project in Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
Designed by Foster & Partners, The 250 City Road project by Berkeley Homes has prices that start from USD870.96 thousand per studio apartment.
When completed, the site will have 930 homes, a 190 bed four star hotel, and office and retail space.
'We are bringing this prestigious 250 City Road project to Dubai in response to this overwhelming international investor interest,' global director of International Residential Developments at Chesterton said in a statement.
