(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait's Minister of Justice and Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yaacoub Abdulmohsen Al-Sanaa underlined here on Sunday that it is the mission of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to advocate and promote moderation in the country.
The Ministry aims to be part of a broader system to ensure social security and fight extremist ideas, the Minister told reporters on the sidelines of the inaugural session of the second annual conference of the Kuwait International Law School (KILS).
In this regard, he pointed out that the Ministry has taken a number of measures to reform and upgrade the performance of the Moderation Center.
On the other hand, Minister Al-Sanaa said that the Ministry of Justice would draw upon the outcome of the KILS conference in preparing the cybercrime law.
