(MENAFN) After an investment worth USD15.5 billion made by British nationals in Emirate's real estate market, Dubai developers are set on a visit to London in hopes of selling their existing projects, Emirates 24\7 reported.

Emaar Properties, Deyaar Development, Union Properties, Dubai Properties Group, etc, all are among the thirty five companies set to take part in the three-day Dubai Property Show in London.

Dubai Land Department (DLD), which has been in ties with the UK-based organizers of the exhibition, raised the platform onto which the show will take place.

There are over 19,000 British investors who bought more than 30,000 properties by spending about USD15.5 billion. Their investments reached USD2.53 billion in 2014, DLD statistics showed.

"Our mission is to promote Dubai's real estate market in order to brand the emirate as being the most prominent real estate investment destination in the world," DLD Director said.
