Air Arabia introduces new route to China


(MENAFN) Sharjah-based Air Arabia introduced a new Chinese route when its inaugural flight landed in Urumqi marking the carrier's 101st global destination, Gulf News reported.

From its main hub in Sharjah, the low-cost carrier flies three times a week to Urumqi.

Air Arabia hoped to add more routes to China over time and the new route is set to strengthen connectivity between the Middle East and East Asia, Air Arabia's CEO said in a statement.
