(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour, Wednesday, received Lebanese Minister of Interior, Nuhad Al Mashnouq, in the presence of Minister of Interior Hussein Al Majali, Minister of State for Media Affairs Mohammad Al Momani and Lebanese Ambassador to Jordan, Michelin Baz.
They discussed bilateral relations and the latest developments in the region, especially with regard to the Syrian crisis and its impact on neighboring countries.
The prime minister renewed Jordan's call to find a political solution to the Syrian crisis, stressing that Jordan does not interfere in Syria's internal affairs.
Ensour noted that Jordan and Lebanon were not affected by regional turmoil thanks to their the policies of openness and democracy pursued by the two countries.
The Lebanese Interior Minister stressed the deep relations between Jordan and Lebanon. He praised Jordan's role and experience in dealing with Syrian refugees, particularly in hosting the refugees.
