(MENAFN) UAE-based Aldar properties logged a net profit of USD615.17 million in 2014 on revenues of USD1.78 billion, , Gulf News reported.
Due to a massive boost by the opening of the Yas Mall in November, Abu Dhabi's Aldar had a solid end to the fourth quarter of 2013, in which net profits reached USD195.4 million, up 77 percent from a year before.
'2014 has been an exceptional year for Aldar - we have executed successfully against a clear strategy and delivered on our promises of strengthening our balance sheet, thereby improving the quality of our earnings,' CEO said in a statement.
