Health Ministry to Establish Corona Command and Control Reference Center


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Public Health and Chairman of Command and Control Center at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Saeed has called on all workers in health facilities to comply with the instructions, apply preventive measures and work according the basics of infection control as well as to commit to paths screening of cases of respiratory in emergency departments and use of personal protective tools according to the instructions notifying them by the Ministry's Command and Control Center.
He commended the Cabinet's decision to grant SR 500,000 for relatives of the health workers who died as a result of contracting the Corona virus infection at their hospitals since they are as if martyrs of duty.
During the conference held at the Ministry of Health here yesterday and attended by the Chairman and members of its Command and Control Center, Dr. Saeed added that the Ministry is seeking to create a reference center for command and control in each of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's regions consisting of experts and specialist doctors to deal with the disease (Corona virus), pointing out that the Ministry is keen to control this virus.
