Arlington Texas February 10 2015 – interRel Consulting today announced the appointment of Ali Flint as Chief Financial Officer a new position within interRel. Flint an experienced finance professional has served as interRel’s Business Operations Manager since February 2011. She will continue to report directly to Edward Roske CEO of interRel Consulting.
“Ali Flint has been an asset to our company since she started here four years ago. She has helped stabilize and positively transform our entire organization. Her experience in strategy finance development treasury and acquisitions makes her well suited to lead interRel forward” said interRel CEO Edward Roske. “Ali and my new COO Glen Chang are the ones I trust to lead what will be an awesome journey as we continue to expand our BI and EPM offerings across the globe. The competition should be very afraid.”
As CFO Flint will assume full responsibility for leading the strategic and financial initiatives of the company. Since 2011 Ali as focused on transforming the financial operational and human resources platform to position the company for growth both organically and through acquisitions.

Flint brings experience in risk management working capital liquidity and mergers & acquisitions from her 9-year career in Bank of America’s Global Corporate and Investment bank where she was a Vice President in the Corporate Credit Risk group. During her banking career she managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio of syndicated bank debt covering the Energy sector in Houston Texas and the EMEA Healthcare sector in London England. Prior to joining interRel Ali took a hiatus to sail and travel throughout Southeast Asia India and the Middle East. During her travels she wrote a travel blog and was a contributing editor for travel and lifestyle magazines in Phuket Thailand and Beirut Lebanon. Flint graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Finance.
