Syria regime air strikes kill 15 near Damascus: monitor

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) At least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded on Monday in government air strikes on an area outside the capital Damascus, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitor said.

The deaths in Douma, which is in the rebel stronghold of Eastern Ghouta, come after a massive government aerial assault on the same region last week that killed at least 82 people.
