Prince Charles visits Zaatari refugee camp
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Prince Charles of Wales on Sunday visited the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees, northeast of Jordan, for a first-hand look at their conditions and the services being provided to them.
The prince, accompanied by an official delegation, toured the World Food Programme Distribution Center at the camp as well as other volunteering organizations that are currently providing services to the hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees at the camp.
The British royal met with a number of Syrian refugees and listened to their stories and acquainted himself with their saga of suffering before arriving at the camp.
