(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, President of the Royal Court and Special Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, received at his office here today US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Joseph Westphal.
During the meeting, Ambassador Westphal conveyed a message from US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Supreme Commander of All Military Forces.
The US ambassador congratulated Prince Mohammed on being appointed as Minister of Defense. For his part, Prince Mohammed thanked the ambassador for his noble feelings.
The meeting discussed a number of issues of common interest.
