Kuwaiti Amb., Governor of State of Mexico discuss bilateral ties

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwaiti Ambassador to Mexico Sameeh Johar Hayat and Governor of the State of Mexico Eurviel Avila Villegas held a meeting Saturday, discussing means to bolster bilateral relations.

A statement by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Mexico said that Villegas took the chance to congratulate Kuwait's Amir His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on being chosen by the UN as a humanitarian leader, adding that choosing Kuwait as a humanitarian center was also a befitting gesture.

On relations, Villegas called for bolstering ties within all possible domains especially within the commercial and economic spheres.

Hayat, on his part, affirmed that the state of Kuwait welcomed cooperation with Mexico, noting that the two nations were eager to addressing all issues for the sake of bolstering bilateral ties.
