MANADO February 5 2015 – The North Sulawesi province had exported 20.41 tons of nickel ore worth US$419730 to Australia.
“There were 20.41 tons of nickel ore as exported to the country with total contribution of foreign exchange at around US$419730. Australia is intensively eyeing the nickel ore products from North Sulawesi” said T. Hasudungan Head for Foreign Trade of the Industry and Trade Service of North Sulawesi as cited from Antara Wednesday (2/4/2015).
The export of nickel ores only happened once in 2014. However once the demand is increasing the moment should be used by the miners in North Sulawesi.
Still the export of mine products should have and comply with the rules as set by the government.
“The government will continue to facilitate the exporters in order to get easiness in processing the certificate of origin (SKA)” he said. Read more..
