(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Arab investors can now buy plots and build villas of their specification in a newly launched Sharjah project. The Shoumous Residential Complex in the Al Tai district of Sharjah has 220 large residential plots up for sale, ranging in size from 18,442 to 39,297 square feet.
Built at a cost of Dh550 million and spread across 6.8 million square feet, the Shoumous Residential Complex has been launched by Shoumous Properties, a partnership between the Albatha Real Estate Group and the MAG Group.
"This is a great opportunity to invest in property in Sharjah. For the first time, customers can purchase a premium plot of land in a fully serviced complex that allows them the freedom to plan and build their dream homes," said Dr Hani S. Abu Auida, CEO of Shoumous Properties and vice chairman of the MAG Group.
Proximity to Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the Sharjah Airport will enhance the appeal of the plots to investors. Additionally, the development has been registered with the Sharjah Real Estate Department. The plots will be handed over by the end of the year.
"We established that there exists a strong demand from the Arab community for personalised property options and set out to fulfill this demand - we are confident of a strong take-up for the sale of plots," Dr Hani added.
