Kuwaiti FM arrives in spain for official visit
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah arrived Tuesday at the Air Force Base of Torrejon de Ardoz in an official visit, marking 50th anniversary of bilateral relations.
He was received upon arrival by Kuwait's Ambassador to Spain Dr. Sulaiman Al-Harbi.
During the two-day visit, the Kuwaiti top diplomat is scheduled to meet with Felipe VI of Spain, in addition to counterpart Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo, Parliament Speaker Jesus Posada and Deputy Prime Minister Soraya Saenz de Santamaria.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled is accompanied by Abdulwahab Al-Bader, Director General of Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED), director of his office Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Mohammad Al-Sabah and Managing Director of Kuwait Investment Authority Bader Al-Saad.
This is Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled's third leg of a tour that included Senegal and Morocco. Germany will be the last leg of the tour.
