(MENAFN) Property major Arabtec showed its unit has won two contracts worth USD102.09 million from Emaar Properties in Dubai, Gulf News reported.
The company said that the first project is due for delivery in May 2016 includes townhouse villas in Emaar's Al Mira Residential Project.
The second contract, which includes construction of a number of villas in the Arabian Ranches project, which are due for delivery in March 2016.
The last project awarded to Arabtec by Emaar included the construction of over 1,500 villas in Mira community and valued over USD272.2 million.
