(MENAFN- QNA) The Security Committee in the province of Kirkuk in northern Iraq has claimed curfew in the province as of 10 am until further notice.
A car bomb blast ripped through the centre of Kirkuk city but no reports have yet been received on the ensuing losses or casualties.
The Committee excluded health and electricity departments from the curfew decision.
