(MENAFN) Samsung C&T Corp., a construction and trading unit of Samsung Group, showed an increase of 7.2 percent annually in 2014 net profit due to large overseas construction projects, Yonhap News reported.
Net profit came to USD261.01 billion last year, compared with the previous year's USD245.4 billion, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Operating profit grew 50.6 percent annually to USD601 million last year, and sales inched up 0.04 percent to USD2.62 billion over the cited period.
