(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Members of Saudi- Brazilian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of Majlis Al-Shura held here yesterday, under the Chairmanship of the Council's member and the Committee's head, Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Awad, a meeting with Brazilian ambassador to the Kingdom Flavio Marega.
At the outset of the meeting, the Ambassador of Brazil offered to the Chairman of the Committee and its members, the condolences on the death of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
The meeting discussed a number of issues of common interest between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Brazil in various areas.
The two sides also tackled the relations of cooperation between the two countries in various fields and ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation and work at the level of parliamentary ties between Majlis Al-Shura and the Brazilian parliament.
