(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) At least six suspected militants were killed and two others wounded on Wednesday in a United States led drone strike in northern Pakistan tribal region bordering Afghanistan, said reports.
According to local media reports, US drone strike fired two missiles on a compound and a vehicle on the border of North Waziristan tribal agency in Shawal valley. The drone strike killed at least six suspected militants including some foreigners, said reports.
The drone strike came a day after Pakistan military launched precise aerial strikes in North Waziristan region killing at least 76 militants including foreigners.
North Waziristan is among Pakistan's seven tribal districts near the Afghan border facing militants' insurgency for last many years.
