The annual event is a unique platform that recognises and awards restaurant managers and crew members for their exceptional performance in quality service and cleanliness in restaurant operations throughout the year. The awards were: Restaurant Manager of the Year Manager of the Year and Crew of the Year.
Ali K Daud development licensee and president of McDonald's Oman (Al Daud Restaurants) handed the trophies to the McDonald's' awardees saying "Hats off to all of you for a job well done."
The president himself spiced up the night by citing the new restaurants in the offing which will translate to greater career growth opportunities for McDonald's employees and more job prospects for everyone in the sultanate.
Organised under the theme 'Chapeau' (hats) the McDonald's annual dinner showcased various talents beyond restaurant kitchens and counters fabulous prizes and exchange gifts amongst management and staff making it indeed the most enjoyable and memorable event for the McFamily.
Ahmed al Amri HR manager and Benna Mendiola store manager at McDonald's Qurm won the Male and Female Star of the Night special awards.
