(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) DUBAI, 22nd January, 2015 (WAM) - H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, received a delegation from the Newbury Racecourse in England, headed by Julian Thick, the racecourse's Chief Executive.
The delegation expressed their thanks to Sheikh Hamdan for sponsoring the Dubai International Arabian Races at Newbury Racecourse, which hosts the largest number of Purebred Arabian horse races in Britain, the last of which took place in August last year.
Sheikh Hamdan has reiterated his total support for the Newbury Racecourse, and for continuing the races, as part of the efforts to support the Arabian equestrian sport.
