Arlington Texas January 22 2015 – interRel Consulting announced today the appointment of Glen Chang as Chief Operating Officer a new position within interRel. Chang an Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase Certified Implementation Specialist has served as interRel’s Director of Consulting Services since March 2012. Chang will continue to report directly to Edward Roske CEO of interRel Consulting.
“Glen Chang has risen rapidly through the interRel ranks and he’s been instrumental in our expansion. His experiences as a consultant project manager regional manager and Director of Consulting make him well qualified to lead all of interRel’s service areas. His background also gives him unique insights he’ll need to effectively unify all of our consultants which will only increase customer responsiveness and satisfaction” said interRel CEO Edward Roske. “Glen is the only one I would trust in the role of Chief Operating Officer and I’m thrilled he’s being promoted to this role; he’s going to be amazing.”
Effective immediately Chang will assume full responsibility of interRel’s Services Division which includes Consulting Project Delivery Strategic Services Support Services and Training. His primary responsibility will be to integrate all services lines in conjunction with interRel’s growth strategy.

Prior to his appointment Glen was responsible for leading interRel’s consulting organization in the delivery of Oracle Business Analytic implementations. As Director of Consulting Services Chang managed all consulting resources led recruiting and talent development managed implementations and interfaced with clients to provide quality assurance. Glen Chang is a frequent presenter for interRel’s twice-weekly webcasts and national Road Show events along with various national Oracle user conferences such as Kscope and Collaborate. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer Chang is expected to continue expanding his leadership role within the larger Oracle community.
Before joining interRel in 2010 Glen was a Managing Consultant in IBM’s Hyperion Planning practice. He started his Hyperion career as a Financial Analyst for Universal Studios and Raytheon Systems from 1996 to 2000 then worked directly for Hyperion Solutions from 2000 to 2005. He also held a consulting role at The Hackett Group and a managerial role at Percentix Inc. Chang graduated from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology.
