UAE's EMG net profit up 5 percent in Q4


(MENAFN) Dubai's Emaar Malls Group (EMG), a unit of Emaar Properties, said that it has registered an increase by 5 percent in its net profit during the October-December period of 2014, Gulf News reported.

During 2014's fourth quarter, EMG registered a net profit of USD112.14 million compared with USD107.24 million recorded during the corresponding quarter of 2013, while its quarterly revenue of USD217.76 million, which is an increase compared with USD202.51 million it posted during the same period in the previous year.

The company, which Emaar Properties owns 84.6 per cent of, also said that it has posted an annual profit for 2014 of USD367.47 million as compared with its annual profit of 2013, which amounted to USD299.42 million.
