Gulf Keystone hires former BNP Paribas banker as CFO


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors) Gulf Keystone (LON:GKP) has appointed Mr Sami Zouari as its new chief financial officer.

Zouri a banker who was last BNP Paribas’s regional head for North Africa Iraq and Oman also has a background in oil and gas having worked as a commercial manager for Total in Libya.

He has previously been involved with GKP in the past playing a part in the group’s convertible bond issues in 2012 and 2013.
