(MENAFN- QNA) The Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Wednesday a written message from Libyan Parliament Speaker Aqila Saleh Issa Quwaider pertaining to bilateral ties between both countries.
The letter was handed by the special envoy of the Libyan Parliament Speaker Khaled Amro Al-Tabib during his meeting with the Emir of Kuwait.
