(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has attended the launch of the first leaders' forum on MoI policies, which was organised by the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General at the Ministry of Interior to discuss the Ministry's policies in Dubai.
The forum, which was attended by police leaders and a number of senior officers at the Ministry, discussed a number of policies implemented in the various sectors of the Ministry of Interior.
Sheikh Saif reiterated that developing the skills the Ministry's staff members, boosting their awareness and enhancing their abilities is a vital task and a key priority for the ministry's leaders, due to its significant effect on promoting the overall performance, and its paramount role in implementing modern policies that are commensurate with the changes of the times.
Sheikh Saif added, "Achieving the highest quality in customer service, and exceeding customers' expectations is one of the priorities that the Ministry of Interior is seeking to achieve. It also reflects the ministry's keenness to give equal care, encouragement and attention chances to all, which in turn would contribute to promoting the security, stability and well-being of the citizens, residents and visitors of the UAE."
