St. Croix USVI (January 19 2015) – Students of St. Croix Educational Complex Career and Technical Education Center - CTEC will get an opportunity to bake a wedding cake with award winning Chef Dana Herbert winner of TV TLC’s Cake Boss: Next Great Baker in preparation for his participation in the St. Croix Caribbean Wedding Expo to take place in Sunshine Mall January 25 2015. Chef Anton Doos the culinary arts instructor at CTEC - Good to Chew” catering has been helping to prepare for Chef Dana Herbert’s arrival and to work with his students.
Also participating in the St Croix Caribbean Wedding Expo next weekend is Celebrity guest Sandy Malone wedding planner who does not beat around the bush and is popular in the wedding industry. She is experienced and professional. She is TV TLC’s ‘Wedding Island’ star filmed in Vieques Puerto Rico. Sandy will conduct a seminar on “Becoming a Successful Destination Wedding Planner” on January 24 2015 at Barry University Sunshine Mall. Tickets available on line and at various locations.
The St. Croix Caribbean Wedding Expo will provide a means for the Brides and Grooms to meet wedding professionals to help them prepare for their wedding day and identify St. Croix and the rest of the Virgin Islands as a great Caribbean wedding destination.
The St. Croix Caribbean Wedding Expo weekend beings with a VIP Reception on Friday January 23 2015 at the Frederiksted Hotel. Sandy Malone will conduct a destination wedding planning seminar” Saturday January 24 2015.
On January 25 2015 the grand St. Croix Caribbean Wedding Expo will be held in the spacious Sunshine Mall. An elegant resort and wedding wear fashion show with multiple Fashion Designers & Bridal Stores will be featured with Cyndee's Models in the Isle & JG Management Models on the runway. Also featured will be a Bride Cave Dive for online registered brides and the Man Cave for the Grooms to relax. Competitions for the best Caribbean Wedding Cake Local Floral Design and Table Top Competition will take place. It is going to be Grand! Admission: Free
