(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi's Al Jaber Group announced that one of its subsidiaries has won two road-building contracts in the emirate, with a combined value of USD545 million, Gulf News reported.
The group said that Abu Dhabi General Services Co awarded the contracts to its subsidiary, Al Jaber Transport & General Contracting, for improvements to two sections of the highway from Mafraq on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi to Al Ghuwaifat on the Saudi border and near Qatar.
Al Jaber Group, which main business is construction as well as having interests in areas from retail to aviation, has recently also signed restructuring agreement with a value of almost USD4.5 million.
