ISIS Gunmen Abducts Lebanese Citizen from Arsal
(MENAFN- QNA) Several ISIS gunmen kidnapped a Lebanese citizen from the area of Wadi Hmeid in Arsal in eastern Lebanon, Lebanese security sources said.
