This is in line with the company's strategic plan of increasing their product offerings in 2015. This project will be undertaken by the company's staff who will spend hours researching and coming up with unique products.
Making the announcement Christine Cutter who is the company's Chief Executive Officer said that her company has always been centered on creating products that meet the needs of the customers. In addition the research will aim at improving the quality of the existing products which include: a spiral vegetable slicer a Nut Milk Pouch and silicone baking muffins.
"As a customer-centered organization we believe that our role is to improve their lives by introducing products that have been researched well. We also have an obligation of listening to our customers. This is the only way which we can have a real impact in their lives."
To date the company's products have been selling in select retail outlets as well as in Amazon where they have received more than 400 reviews.
This announcement comes days after the company announced new measures to boost their customers' experience. Some of these measures included offering of a free e-book for every purchase. It also involved boosting of the company's social media platforms to reach more people from around the world.
Christine Cutter continued to add that her company would add more people in the office to take part in both research and development and social media improvements. These positions will be advertised later in the year as the job analysis procedure is done.
She also added that one area that the research team will take part in will be in the Silicone Baking Cup muffins. More colors are expected to be added in the products which so far has 6 colors. The Nut Milk Bag is also planned to be revamped.
