UAE- Khalifa Foundation distributes aid to Tunisia

Tunis: The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyna Foundation (KF) on Wednesday implemented the second phase of its winter aid to the victims of the cold wave that hit Tunisia recently.
KF team in cooperation with the UAE Embassy in Tunisia and the Tunisian Union of Social Solidarity has continued its field tour in Siliana Northwest of Tunis which is the second governorate among 12 affected by the cold wave. KF official source said the foundation’s team distributed parcels to hundreds of Tunisian families in the governorate where around 5000 families will benefit from the aid out of 37 000 families covered by the assistance. The source added that parcels delivered to the affected families included food winter clothing blankets heaters and fuel oil.
