(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Massoud Al-Barzani, the Governor of Iraqi Enclave of Kurdistan, received a Saudi delegation, led by Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Shihri, the Acting Deputy Chief of the Information Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss the preparations to re-open the Saudi Embassy in Baghdad and a Consulate in the Iraqi city of Erbil.
During the meeting, Al-Barzani thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the decision to re-open a Consulate in Erbil, expressed preparedness to promote relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
