Tips:

The thick and warm clothes are necessary. The average temperature during the Ice and Snow Festival is about subzero 22°C(-7F).
The best time for admiring the Ice and Snow Sculpture is at night and the Ice and Snow Sculptures with dazzling light will impress you.
Buy the tickets in advance to save the time for long queue.
Make sure that the camera can still work within low temperature and the extra battery is needed.
