(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) A source at the Jordan Armed Forces, Arab Army, said that border guards foiled an attempt by three armed people to infiltrate into Jordan from Syria.
It added that one of the infiltrators was injured while the others were arrested.
The border guards provided first aid to the injured and evacuated him to hospital, while the two others were referred to the concerned authorities," the source said.
