(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) The Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, Iyad Ameen Madani, has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist and criminal attack on the northern borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which claimed the lives of two border security agents.
Mr. Madani underscored the OIC's support for the efforts of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to protect its lands and preserve security and stability in the Kingdom.
The Secretary-General also reiterated the OIC's unwavering and principled position which condemns terrorism in all its forms stressing the need to consolidate regional and international efforts to combat and root out this phenomenon.
