Ajman Ruler issues Emiri Decree on Executive Council


(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued an Emiri Decree affecting the Executive Council.

The Decree stipulated that Article 9 of item 1 /1 of clause 2 of Emiri Decree No. 06 for the year 2014 should be deleted and replaced with the following: Brigadier Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, General Commander of Ajman Police and Chairman of the Permanent Committee of Security and Safety will be a member of the Council.

This decree followed a review of Emiri Decree No. 04 for the year 2014 on re-organising the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman and Emiri Decree No. 06 for the year 2014 regarding the formation of the Council.

The new Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and circulated to the concerned authorities for implementation.
