SAE Institute Jeddah praises Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum
(MENAFN- Arab News) SAE Institute Jeddah recently participated in Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum 2014.
The idea of organizing the forum came as an activation of the commission's mission toward promoting domestic tourism marketing tourism destinations and products that are replete in the Kingdom's districts as well as highlighting the distinguished diversity within.
The forum also came as an encouragement and motivation to the creative professional photographers and amateurs to highlight the Kingdom's touristic locations heritage antiquities diverse natural environment and cultural advancement the objective being supporting and activating the domestic tourism industry.
The forum was held at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) from Dec. 14 to Dec. 20.
It was the first and the largest national forum for photography.
The institute's experts delivered 3 workshops on the sidelines of the forum which included Sound Engineering Film & TV Production and Digital Animation.
Seyada for Creative Arts initiated the project of SAE Institute Jeddah.
Dalia Binladin its managing director praised the Colors of Saudi Arabia Forum that has been organized by the Saudi Commission of Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture & Information.
The forum coincides with the mobility of the commission in a number of paths to inform the citizens about their homeland and support domestic tourism.
Dalia Binladin said: 'This participation comes within SAE Institute's framework of the adopted plan in Jeddah to support the media education in the Kingdom and to inform about this technological edifice through this important annual forum as well as highlighting the disciplines our Institute provides.'
She added: 'We have been keen to participate in this forum to inform the attendees about the latest technologies and studies offered by the Institute such as; audio engineering film and TV production and digital animation.'
She said: 'We have noticed a great response from the attendees toward the workshops provided our lecturers and professionals.'
Dalia Binladin said: 'This institute is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SAE Jeddah's campus has been designed to equip local talent with the tools and skills needed to develop and excel in the media industry. Our campus provides sophisticated studios animation labs TV studio green screen and other industry standard equipment. The institute is focused primarily on vocational training.'
She added: 'SAE institute is the largest media institute in the world. It has more than 50 branches in over 30 countries around the world offering corporate training courses diploma programs and short courses in digital animation film & TV production audio engineering and soon in multimedia and games development. SAE was established in Australia in 1976 and the mother company is Navitas; an educational company.'
The institute is present in 5 continents offering diploma and degrees through the SAE Headquarters in Oxford United Kingdom. They are recognized worldwide.
