Samsung unveils Galaxy E series in India
(MENAFN) Samsung Electronics Co. released four mid- to low-end Galaxy smartphones in India, tapping deeper into the younger generation of the world's second most populous country, Yonhap News reported.
The Galaxy E7 and E5, models from one of Samsung's budget phone lineups, made their debut in the capital city of Mumbai, the South Korean tech firm showed.
The Galaxy E7 comes with a 5.5-inch 720-pixel Super AMOLED touchscreen and a built-in storage of 16 gigabytes, and runs on a 2,950mAh battery.
Powered by Android 4.4 KitKat, it is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front snapper, which allow users to take wide selfies in a 120-degree angle of view.
