Border guards receive 180 Syrian refugees in 72 hours


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) A total of 180 Syrian refugees, mostly women, children and the elderly, entered the Kingdom during the past 27 hours.

Border guards stationed along the border between Jordan and Syria are exerting major efforts to provide food and other services to the refugees and transfer them to refugee camps in addition to their duty in preventing infiltration and smuggling.

Thirteen injured people, who were also among the refugees, were provided with treatment.
