(MENAFN) Canadian airplane manufacturer Bombardier said it has received an order for 24 CRJ900 NextGen regional planes worth USD1.14 billion, The Peninsula Qatar reported.
The purchaser was unnamed, but Bombardier said it is one of the most cost-efficient on the market. The CRJ900 can transport up to 90 passengers for 2,000 km, the manufacturer said.
"With its demonstrated reliability and low fuel consumption, the CRJ900 NextGen regional is recognized as the most cost-efficient jet aircraft in its class," senior vice president of sales and marketing said.
