Saudi- Crown Prince distributes King Khaled Prize
(MENAFN- Arab News) On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Crown Prince Salman deputy premier and minister of defense distributed the King Khaled Prize during a ceremony in Riyadh on Tuesday.
Prince Salman praised King Khaled's achievements as well as the tremendous strides made by the Kingdom during King Abdullah's era. He also congratulated the King Khaled prizewinners.
Asir Gov. Prince Faisal bin Khaled spoke about the vision and mission of King Khaled Charitable Foundation which instituted the prize.
'By instituting this prize the foundation aims at promoting social institutions the driving force behind sustainable progress' said Prince Faisal chairman of the foundation's board of trustees.
